MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE

SEAS has a full time maintenance coordinator who schedules and organizes the completion of maintenance and repairs for the Parish grounds and buildings. The maintenance committee serves as a pool of labor to accomplish specific items that are beyond the capability of the maintenance coordinator to accomplish. A list of volunteers is maintained, and as work items come up, the maintenance coordinator uses the skills to request assistance. Due to the variety of skills required to accomplish repairs and maintenance some members may be called more frequently than others. Volunteers are needed to help maintain the church, parish hall, rectory, and grounds.
