ECUMENICAL MINISTRY

Bishop Paul Loverde has established for the Catholic Diocese of Arlington a Commission for Ecumenical and Inter- religious Affairs. Chaired by Monsignor Roy Cosby, this commission is staffed by Parish Ecumenical Inter-religious Representatives (PEIRs). The SEAS PEIR is Deacon Emil. This ministry gathers a group of parishioners (solidly grounded in Catholicism) interested and active in the faith filled work of religious collaboration, the healing of divisions, and the advancement towards the unity desired by Pope John Paul II.
